Victoria Waddington - Biography

Victoria trained at The London Drama School in 2009, gaining distinctions in Acting and Musical Theatre. 

She is an experienced performer with many shows to her credit, including A Little Night Music at the Bermuda Festival, Woman II in Closer Than Ever at The Edinburgh Fringe and Wet Dog as part of The 2011 Off-Cut Festival.

Performing credits include: The Hive Project, Robin Hood (Pyramid Productions), The Snow Show (Troubadour Productions), Street Party (Brockley Jack) and Two’s Company (a self-devised Musical Revue at The Battersea Barge). This summer she participated in Bush Bazaar (Theatre Delicatessen), an immersive theatre project, which helped to launch The Bush Theatre’s new home.

Victoria is also a gifted singer and has appeared as a solo performer at The Hive Project and in a Sondheim Revue for The Sondheim Sessions on The Battersea Barge.  She was also a member of London based soul band The Grooveworkers.  In her spare time, she performs with her local Glee Choir - DDGlee.

In June 2013, Victoria completed a 4 month Musical Theatre course at ASSOCIATED STUDIOS culminating in a performance at The Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho.  

October 2016, she originated the role of Sister Gudule in Musical Of The Year at The Lost Theatre and performed in Looking For You by Sue Van Colle, a showcase of new songs, at Pentameters, Hampstead.  In May 2017 she played Marjorie in Birds Of Paradise at The Drayton Arms Theatre and she has returned to play Muriel in When Midnight Strikes.
